Yu Jin, Chinese jurist. She is an expert on Chinese legal culture and a
counsel on issues of Chinese legislation, Chinese law and international law.
She got her bachelor of law degree in China and she has collaborated with the
Ministry of Water Resources of China for a project on “Water resources,
measures and legislation” .
In Italy, her collaboration with various public & transnational
corporation began from 2004; her collaboration with legal firm (dMTV) as a
Chinese law counsel began from 2005. She is enabled for the exercise of the
legal profession since 2006 and an expert on extra-judicial solutions to
disputes (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
In 2008, together with some other professionals including Scalzi law firm,
she created a network of legal and business consulting which aimed at
providing legal and business services to Italian investments and enterprises
in China and Chinese oversea investments.
She has written several articles for local and national magazines on
investment in China and on China's legal culture history. In 2008, as
co-author, she published a book on industrial and intellectual property
protection: "Fakes of fashion - The vulnerability of the Italian fashion
market to counterfeiting " (with F. Calovi e B.Vettori, published by
Franco Angeli).
Education: Yu Jin is graduated in China, completed a Master course on
European and international law at the University of Trento in Italy. She then
had a international Ph.D. program on criminology (especially on the problem
of counterfeiting) at the Catholic University of Milan.
